Any of you guys using kettlebells?  What program do you use if you do?

Thanks!

I just recently got to of the Bob Harper videos (Body Sculpt and Cardio Shape, or something like that), and they are kicking my butt! I am a sweaty mess when I am done, but I can't believe how much stronger I feel in just a short time, and even though my weight has not gone down that much my jeans are getting lose in the waist and thigh area!

Kathy Smith has good Kettlebells and they come with a video and poster. PLUS they are made of plastic and you can get them in various sizes....3, 5, 10 pounds. They are easy to work with for the beginner. The metal kettles are super heavy. I have them and would highly recommend.

I, too, have been investigating these weights.  My mom has a set of hand weights (2, 3, and 5 lb), which will work for starters, but I'm thinking of moving up to the 8 lb kettelbells after that.  There's a wide range of prices for them and most don't come with any instructions of any kind.  I think any kind of free weights would work just fine, though, if you use them!  LOL!  My problem seems to be getting started.  I'm just not sure what to do, how to properly use them for maximum effectiveness.

More research ahead!

This is the one I've been using.  Believe it or not, I'm looking for something a little more intense.  I'm going to give Bob a try and see how I like those.
