"Powerseed"

Has anyone tried the powerseed advertised in the "ObesityHelp" magazine? I hesitantly sent for it because I thought it was kind of pricey but I have a big problem with eating too fast and it is doing wonders for that. It helps you tackle the behavior part of your problem which is something I really have to work with. It has different modes that give out a little beep every 30 seconds so you know when to take the next bite or a light in case you are eating out. It is very small and unobtrusive. Would be interested to hear if anyone else is using it.
