Sip, walk, beware of farts!
Greetings fellow RI'ers...One year ago I topped out at 394...from January thru October I went from 380 to a 320-324 range (thanks to Heather at Nutrition Inc for guidance!) till my food funeral prior to pre-op diet (330), pre-op diet I got back down to 320 the 1st week & down to 307 day of surgery and today I'm 5 days out, back to surgery weight after blimping up from 307 to 321 w/all the fluids I was being filled with (had an issue voiding the first couple days)...all's flowing well now...maybe a little too well...sorry, TMI!!!
I'd like to thank Julie Nolan for stopping by while I was at RWMC...I work in S Attleboro and one of my customers came in with the article from the Pawtucket Newspaper about her....I had intended to introduce myself here on OH.com, but she beat me to it! I also look forward to attending some of the support groups as I progress along this journey to a better, healthier me!
I'm soooo looking forward to next Wednesday, the start of week 2...yogurt, eggs, soup, pudding....no cottage cheese...more yogurt!
