Having a hard time trying to eat 3 meals a day I see everyone at the clinic in march  never been able to eat alot of food but has alot of weight on from thyroid and other medication

You need food to fuel your body and you need protein.  Even if you had 3 small meals that consisted of protein it would be better than not eating.  Try having a mid morning and mid afternoon snack too with some protein.  It doesn't need to be a lot but you have to get it in.  It helps in your recovery and your overall health.

You don't have to eat huge meals, but you need to eat regularly.  I'm guessing it's breakfast you are skipping.  Even now, try a protein shake for breakfast.  Or a meal replacement shake.  Something high protein and low carbs/sugar.

Make sure you are journaling everything you eat, then you can go over ideas for improvement in March.
