Yes, it is very important for us as well.

And even more important to keep posting about challenges. Just reporting NSVs set the bar too high and when things don' go all so perfect, people tend to withdraw and isolate them selves...

Congrat's on your 4 year anniversary and thanks for sharing your inspiring journey. 

I am just over 1 year out and although have reached goal - continue to receive inspiration when I read stories like your's.

Congrats on your 4 years!!! It's always nice to read about someone's success with WLS.
I also thought your comment about the misconceptions of WLS (ie Ds'ers and regain) was very well timed. I still hear so many people thinking that they'll never regain.

Congrats Nata,

As I go through older posts I can say that I really enjoy reading yours. It's so important to hear about long-term stories. It gives us all a goal. Can't wait until I can say that I've been cured of all of my co-morbidities.
