Well.  I've woken up with a wonderful case of pink eye in all it's gooping glory. FFS.  Off to the walk-in and pharmacy at 9 and then I suppose I'll be working from home. Sheesh.

B - coffee with milk, then a latte
S - ham, cheese, pickle roll ups
L - 1 cup turkey vegetable soup, 8 green grapes
S - tea, clementine orange
D - leftover lasagna
S - likely just tea, a fog if I'm nibbly

Have a good one :)

Update:  Yep, a classic case of pink eye. Lucky me.  Off work for 2 days due to infectuous ability. Yay?

A horse? LOL  I've been around no such animal. Perhaps I'll simply blame the cat.

I feel for you Karen, it's one of the nastiest things you can get.  Hope the goop they give you gets rid of the oozing sticky goop that pink eye brings with it.

I'm cutting my carbs way back today. They are slowly creeping back in so to the curb they go again.

B - protein shake

L - green salad with grilled chicken on top with balsamic dressing

S - fruilano cheese( I'll pass on the ryvita today)

D - BBQ striploin, green salad

It's oh-so-attractive.  Now, if I could just open my right eye....lol

By the way, I found a new absolutely delish cheese called Balsamic BellaVittano. A tiny nibble of heaven.

I've had it and the Merlot one.  I found them at Metro just before Christmas so had to try them a few times.  Very good but also very pricey.  Nice for a change but I have to hide it or Charlie may eat it in one serving.  LOL
