Hey all - do any of you have a link or can point me in the right direction of the post op VSG diet plan that Dr. Beausoleil recommends? Thanks!

Our hospital has their diet on their website. Maybe The Moncton hospital does the same. Ours is under the obesity network (QEII)  and shows the entire binder of the diet up to the final stage five, There are also smoothie recipes.

Thanks for the replies. My husband had VSG with Dr. Joya in Mexico 2 weeks ago. Doing well. There just seems to be SO much variance in what you can and can't eat - depending on your surgeon. He has been following Dr. Joya's recommendations. I was just curious to see what some other post op eating plans look like. Things have certainly changed over the past 5 yrs. I was allowed to halve a 1/2 slice of toast and a soft cooked egg at 2-3 weeks post op. However, I had RNY not VSG. Dr Joya's post op eating plans for the RNY and VSG are almost identical. Ivan is 2 weeks post op today and is on pureed for another 3 weeks. I was just looking for a bit of variety and ideas.THANKS!
