Can you be considered if you have had weight loss surgery?

prob not as early out as your are but there are many many people that are failed wls.  just did not/could not lose the weight.  The dad on the season that just ended had gastric bypass.  I think in the 90's not sure about that.  But he was cut the same as I was.  I had my gastric bypass in 04.
