Manitoba Surgery Options

I understand that there are two options available through the surgery program in Manitiba. Can someone please tell me what those options are? I would appreciate it. Thanks. 

Your 2 options are VSG - vertical sleeve or the RNY - gastric bypass. Depending on your personal preference and the advice of the surgeon you will pick one. If you have diabetes or reflux then you will likely have the RNY. I can tell you that my symptoms of both disappeared right after surgery with no reoccurance. I was of my diabetes and blood pressure meds right after surgery.

Thanks for the reply. I have been reading, and think that there are less issues with the VSG surgery.
