Lisa's doing a bit better since her tracheotomy. The vent tube that caused her so much distress is gone so she's off the sedation and pretty much breathing on her own. She's off blood pressure meds. She's still getting a lot of pain medication because the incision from the surgery to remove her infected intestines and colon is still open. She still has a long way to go to recovery, but we have a lot to be thankful for!
