Capsules, tablets or gel tabs

Hi Everyone:

It has been 7 weeks since my surgery and I am getting bored of the chewable vitamins.  I know we are not suppose to use the delayed release type but I was wondering if it is better to use the gel tabs (for like OMEGA 3) or the regular capsules or tablets?  What type do you use?  Does the size matter?

Your input is appreciated.

Thanks

I take everythign in capsule form simply because I'm a big baby and find them easier to swallow.

Gel tabs are not usually a good idea - read the ingredients. They're usually filled with oil, and since you now malabsorb up to 80% of fat (oil) you ingest, you'll likely get little to no actual benefit from them.

For omega 3s look for Coromega3 squeeze or Barlean's Omega 3-6-9 Swirl. I try to take most every thing in capsule if I can get it.

I get my vitamins from Vitalady.com and the Barlean's Swirl from VitaminShoppe.
