All the Syntrax Nectars taste great w/ cystal light.

I got this as a sample at my Dr's office and it was wonderful. I am going to buy some.

The taste isn't half as bad as the horrible smell when i opened the container. I tried mixing it with crystal light, but the smell was still so bad I couldn't drink it!

This stuff kinda tasted like Iced Tea,... but had a 'milky' hue to it, and it smelled kinda proteinish.. so it was hard to drink in my opinion. It might have been better over crushed ice or as a smoothie.. but I gave up and poored it down the drain.

It was so gross I had one sip and threw it away. I could hardly even taste anything but protein. Hardly any cherry flavor.

If you love coffee, then this is for you. I love coffee but I know I will not be able to have it as much once I am post-op. This product is wonderful being that it gives me that needed protein, one scoop is only 90 calories and it tastes just like coffee.

Very distinctive taste. Try and test some of the flavors before you get a large container. I use the Fruit flavors as bases for fruit protein shakes.

SynTrax will exchange the flavor if you don't like what you picked out. The only catch is you have to ship it to them.

Some of the flavors are good enough that you can eat them like a pixie stick. Others need to be mixed with things...but they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from (just not much of a selection at Vitamin Shoppe!).

This is good, but still has a slightly milk-y taste. I add a little bit of crystal light iced tea mix to kick up the tea flavor and hide the milky-ness...

At first I thought it was smelly, but the colder you make it the less that's a problem. Also, compared to other protein powders it goes down very easily. For Pre-op it doesn't fill you up much, but that would be good for newly Post-Ops.

I expected to like this after all of the good reviews, but I found it disgusting.
