Quest Nutrition Vendor
Quest recently came out with tortilla chips; I was apprehensive because I tried their other protein chips and couldn't stand them. They were like chewing on paper, and the flavor was weak. I decided to give these a try and was shocked by how good they are. The flavor is excellent, similar to a cheese Dorito. The texture is good and they are very filling. There is also a ranch flavor, which are good but I preferred the cheese.
One bag is 140 calories, 6g of fat, 18g of protein, 5g of carbs (4g net carbs). For my household and way of eating, they are great for an occasional movie snack, my husband to pack in his work lunch, or maybe for taco salad. However, with that said...I have to proceed with caution because they are so good that I could see where they could be in the realm of a highly palatable slider food for me.

This is one of my absolute favorites! I don't drink it as a shake but I do add it to some foods to kick up my protein and add flavor. The price is a bit on the higher side of some of the protein I buy, so I always look around to see where I can get the best deal. I also like Quest's All-Purpose powder.

I really like the cookies and cream bars & it kinda satisfies my sweet tooth, especially for oreos. I like the shake too, it has little chunks of cookies in it & I'm a cookie addict! So far I like a lot of the quest bars & shakes. I get the most protein bang for my calorie buck.

Natural line:
The nutritional labels are great.. but I found out that UI dump on them, and that after I eat them my BS raises way too high. That may indicate that what it is on the package - it is not true. If yu decide to try them - check your blood sugar so you cna see how your body racts to the "healthy bar" If it is too good to be true - it probably is.
