This is a good to add to you milk to give it a chocolate flavor with no sugar added. I listed it as a dessert only because my nutritionist says that having a glass of milk is like having a dessert or snack.
After trying other protein drinks, it's the only one I can get down. I add 1/3C of dry non-fat milk with the 8oz skim milk to increase the protein by 8gm. It doesn't make it too thick and then you have 20gm of protein.
