The Tropical Variety selection is the best with Diet Splash. The variety selection is good with non-fat milk.

These pre-mixed protein drinks are pretty good. They are like Crystal Light w/ mega protein. 40gr./bottle
They have a little aftertaste, but are better than a thick shake IMHO. Come in Blue Raspberry, Punch, Orange, Apple Melon (yuk) and Grape. These are good for brand new post-ops because you can have them during the clear liquid stage.
