AFTER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH AND COMPARING "APPLES TO APPLES," IN MY OPINION THIS IS THE BEST PROTEIN BAR. I HAVE BEEN CONSUMING THESE FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. I BUY USUALLY 4 BOXES EACH OF THE LEMON, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE BANANA, AND APPLE CINNAMON (THEIR NEWEST).

10 g protein/scoop - 3 scoops with 12 oz water makes great shake - chocolate and vanilla the best - banana okay - excellent source of nutrients! Can also mix with milk.
