This product mixes well. Ice really makes it taste better. It's a little pricey but has 21 grams of protein and one bag will give you about 14 servings. Chocolate Caramel is pretty good.

Just got too tired of the taste... very strong taste... not very pleasant

I drink one every morning for breakfast. It gets me 20 gms of proteing and 11 ozs of liquid to start my day.

I was scared to try this at first, but seen good things about it. It takes really good...like a weak melted milkshake! I will definately be picking up more of them!! Happy, Happy to have found something I like!!

I only drink the chocolate and vanilla.These were lifesavers for me.Low enough in calories and the protein count was good.The taste and calories/protein make it the only one I use.I recommend these all the way.Price is good compared to some.
