Wonderful, heavenly - Chocolate covered coconut bar with almonds. Taste like a Mounds bar. Too tempting to have in the house on a regular basis. Not recommended for anyone under a year out. Each bar is 120 calories, 8g fat, 17g carbs, 2g fiber, 14g sugar alcohols (1g net carb).

Because of my past experience with the Detour bar and what I called "mystery nougat" in the center, I have steered clear away from Protein bars. However, yesterday while shopping I picked up a Cookies & Cream protein bar manufactured by Carbolite Foods, Inc. Its brand name is Protein Plus. Now this bar is good (and it was on sale). Not so bad, did not leave a funny aftertaste like the Chocolate Chip one. Tasted decent, has 0 sugar, 19g sugar alcahol, 15 g protein but look out has 25 g of carbs, worth a try but if your watching your carbs, look out.
