She is responsible for evaluating, assessing and following up with patients throughout their surgical journey. Jaclyn is responsible for the quality improvement program which entails improving and monitoring the way care is delivered to patients. Jaclyn is currently working towards her BSN/MSN; her goal is to be a Nurse Practitioner.    

    She has worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years, and loves promoting and educating patients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  

    Jaclyn has a passion for traveling and reading, and is an avid animal lover. She loves spending time with her family and her two pups.
