Dr Palmer was very thorough. He asked his questions politely and thoughtfully. He genuinely listened to my answers. He made sure that I understood the procedure along with the emotional aspects. He was very supportive of my decision to have surgery and agreed that with all the things I have tried, that now I would be a good candidate.
