I went to this psychologist because of my insurance, BIG BIG mistake. He was cheaper, and thats what I got, cheap, poor, unfair treatment. I took the MMPI 2 test he did not mention a word about the surgury during the interview with me, he was more interested in if I abused drugs and was abused as a child, I also have Multiple Sclerosis and any doctor that knows anything about this disease (let me mention most educated individuals in the health care field do know something about this disease)knows that there is no prognosis for this type of disease. Of course this was his question to me, whats your prognosis? I took the test and wasted money and 4 hours of my time with him to get back that he thinks I have underlying problems because I one, don't exercise, and two get up a lot in the middle of the night and sometimes snack. so he wanted me to get 6 months of psyh, treatments done along with 6 months of a documented exercise schedule, never mind thats one reason I am having the surgery done so that I can exercise better and easier. so I called him and told him I wanted another opinion that he was not weight loss freindly, he laughed at me and told asked me what in the world was weight loss friendly? I told him and he was very amused and proceeded to say well for your information, I have done a lot of these and if you would follow MY instructions you would have this done in 6 months or so! I told him I DONT have 6 months to spare of my life following orders from someone like you, and he then hung up on me.
