Ruth met with me and my husband individually and then together in regards to WLS. She seemed to know all the right questions to ask and was very knowledgeable of what you can expect. She was also very interested in your support system at home, once you have had the surgery.

I would definately go back to Ruth in a heart beat. She did an absolute wonderful job. She covered everything that needed to be covered and documented everything in her report that gets sent to the insurance company. She did such a great job I had insurance approval in a week after it left the Dr's office.

Ruth is very understanding with what you are going through and is a wonderful person to talk to. She will listen to you and also tells you what she thinks.
