Arlene seems to be a very competent Psychologist. She has been a nurse with a lot of medical background, which helps her as a Psycologist. She seemed a little pushy on the products she sells, seemed like an MLM program she is in...but other than that, she listened to me. Evaluated my problems and suggested what she thinks would help me pre and post-op.
