Rita Petro Psychologist Psy.D.

I went to see Rita for my pre-op assessement since she was covered by my insurance plan. She is extremely knowledgeable about weight loss surgery and has had a lot of clients. She was very thorough with her questions and really seemed to want to be sure that I understood what I was getting into and that I had plans for support and how I would deal with food issues after the surgery. She has an easy-going nature and is very pleasant to talk to. She sent the letter supporting my having the surgery very quickly which I appreciated. I highly recommend her for your pre-op assessment or other pre- or post-surgery counseling.
