I've been in therapy with Dr. Maidman since May 2004. Only upon my mentioning my PCP's recommendation for weight-loss surgery end of March 2006, did I find out her specialty is WLS> I have continued seeing her bi-weekly from surgery to the present, and this therapy has been invaluable along the body/mind transformation.
