I saw Dr. Horne in response to PacifiCare requesting an updated psych eval. I went to the person covered by insurance in Phoenix and had major conflicts with her. I saw Dr. Horne and explained my conflicts with the previous person I had seen and we met for two or three appointments. He gave me a great deal of insight and support and I will see him for therapy if I ever get insurance approval for my surgery. I am working on the third insurance company and going into my third year of trying to get approval. PaficicCare kept me jumping through hoops until I received their notice that they no longer covered the surgery under my school district's policy. I probably would have a case against them with the insurance commission, but I am too involved in trying to get surgery now to waste my time. Dr. Horne is so supportive and a great help.
