The office staff were also very helpful with making arrangements with my insurance company. Dr. Kemper was really good at explaining the evaluation process and setting me at ease for something I was originally nervous about.
Dr. Kemper was very easy to talk to. It was also easy to set up the appointment because I didn't have to wait more than a couple of days. She was quite professional and informative but also caring.
I was recommended to have behavior modification after my initial evaluation with another psychologist. I was recommended to Dr. Kemper. What a nice surprise! She was great at explaining the need for the additional sessions and took the time to set my mind at ease that these psychologists do not stand in the way of my surgery, but actually help me to have a better result post-surgery! I am now glad I was sent to her. She was very professional and accommodating. She was understanding and supportive. Maybe everyone should go through these pre-surgery sessions on an individual basis.
