It takes a long time to get an appointment to even see Dr. Franks. Don't be late, either, or you may be required to reschedule. The office is also a bit disorganized. You will need to make sure the insurance company will cover the visit, or be prepared to give your credit card to cover the visit.

Be prepared to wait. Dr. Franks sometimes has emergencies that will cut into appointment times. (This happened to me and another patient).

It's also been two weeks since the test and I do not have results back (that's the time the office said it would take to get a report together). I called at a week-and-a-half and the tests still had not been sent to be graded.

On another note, Dr. Franks is very supportive of the Lap Band proceedure for the obese.
