He is poart oof Melanie Moorehead's group and they specifically deal with the obese, before and afteer surgery. I was very pleased. My surgeon said it was the best psychological review he'd eveer seen

Dr. Garvine took time to make sure I understood what I was planning to undergo. He was supportive and appreciative that I had such a strong built-in support system at home and that I had already begun journaling my feelings and walking as my beginning exercise program. He told me in his opinion I was an excellent candidate for this surgery and was sure I would be completely successful. He offered me his services the day of surgery as well as during my hospital stay. I told him I would let him know if I wanted his help.

He seemed to have alot of insight to the surgery. Has been doing this for 17 years. Gave me alot of good ideas, for after care.
