Dr. Breuer is trying to be the main referred-to psych eval doc in Springfield. Was marginally familiar with surgery; told me lap was too dangerous, wouldn't write letter without at least 4 $150 visits, and charges $150 extra for written letter.
*update* I fired Dr. Breuer after posting about her on the Q&A Boards. I asked for copies of her records--Ms. Breuer had already decided against my approval on the first visit, because she believes that WLS is always psychologically contraindicated.
