I found her to be extremely knowledgeable. I liked that the appointment wasn't just about her asking me questions, but also about her giving advice and suggestions and allowing me to ask questions as well.

She started off with billing me first thing and telling me 30% of patients fail and how easy it is to eat around the surgery.
