Lisa not only prepared me for the surgery, she also caught a hitherto undiagnosed ADD condition, and recommended treatment by a psychiatrist. Lisa is very insightful and observant, and most empathic. She is just what the doctor ordered to quote a hackneyed phrase that is so applicable here.
