Seems to be a very kind and caring person. She seemed to know about different types of WLS and I could tell from her questions that she was making sure that I'm emotionally ready to go through surgery. I really felt like she cared about me and my decision.

She was very nice seemed to understand her field. easy to talk too. Would recommend.

Dr. Pruitt is the person who first suggested bariatric surgery to me. She has an excellent understanding of morbid obesity and the research related to causes and treatments. She has been extremely supportive of me, writing a good letter of medical necessity for me. She also has a strong background in dealing with past trauma/abuse. She is warm and kind, good sense of humor too. I strongly recommend her for anyone struggling with mental health issues and/or needing a psych eval prior to surgery approval.
