Dr. Largen is a fantastic man! I am 17 years old, and I am currently going through the process of having a gastric bypass. The physc evaluation was made very easy with Dr. Largen. He speaks in easy to understand terms and really makes sure that you want the surgury for the right reasons! I reccommend him to anyone seeking a physc evaluation! He was kind, interested in my expectations after surgery, very easy to talk to.

I really liked Dr. Largen. He didn't make me feel like I was a failure for being fat and needing WLS. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel like he really cared about what I had to say.

Dr. Largen is in the same building as NeWeigh, so he's convenient, and he does a lot of work with the group, so he is familiar with the needs of bariatric patients and the insurance company requirements. He doesn't charge more than he should -- his fee was $175.00 for testing and consultation. I've heard of some psychologists who charge $450.00 and up.

Dr. Largen was very nice and personable. He did a short interview with me about my medical and family history, then I was given the 567 question test. It was very easy, just time consuming.
