Very accomodating & helpful. Considerate. Understanding of the process & what is required by the insurance companies involved. Made every effort to push appt. up so that my insurance co. would cover cost, as hubby was having ins. changed following month. Has done many of these reviews for local physicians. Only problem was stairs in office (no elevator)lol.
