Jim R. Keller Psychologist Ph.D

He was very nice and listened well. I felt very confortable talking to him. I had to fill out some test before I saw him, and he explained what items they were looking for and/or concerened for. He told me basically what he was going to put in his report to my surgeon, and I really appreciated that.

MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER THIS MAN WANTED ME TO WAST $2GRAND BEFOR HE'D APPROVE OF MY SURG. CAUSED ALOT OF PROBLEMS FOR ME. HELD UP THING'S FOR ME AND DR. KEITH WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALLS UP TO 3 WK'S !! I CALL ANOTHER PSYCHOLOGIST WHO CLAIME HE WAS CRAZY !!! IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I STILL DEAL WITH STRESS THAT THIS MAN HAS CAUSED ME HAVE ALL THE RIGHT'S TO TAKE HIM TO COURT, BUT I KNOW THAT WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME AROUND AND HIS IS DUED!! NOT AN UNDERSTAND PERSON AT ALL.

Dr. Keller has done a lot of pre-surg. consults for weight loss and he gave a great insight as to what to expect down the road and how to deal with it. I believe that he truly wants to help people. I don't believe he blindly gives people the go ahead. I believe that if he thought someone might not be able to handle the stress that will surely come with WLS he would not recommend that they proceed.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Keller. He is very knowledgeable about weight loss surgery and understanding of what changes occur after the surgery.

Dr. Keller, was very professional, not only in the feild of the obesity part of the interview but with some general knowledge of helping me. I would recommend Dr. Keller for just a plain Psychologist as well as a person to help with the obesity interview

Dr.Keller was awesome. I was very nervous about the consultation on top of that I had to drive up to his OKC office in a torrential downpour, so I was a nervous wreck when I got there. He put me right at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a pre-op evaluation. Thanks Dr. Keller!!!

Dr. Keller is a very nice man and was very easy to talk to. He made sure I realized what a life change this surgery was going to be. He strongly recommends involvement with support groups, both pre and post op.
