I met with Dr. Rosik on 12/19/03 for the purposes of completeing the requirement of a psychological evaluation. Dr. Rosik personally returned calls in a timely fashion and responded to my inquires immediately. Dr. Rosik was well informed about WLS and the risk/benefits of the procedure. Very through with regards to the mental health assessment/evaluation.

Dr. Rosik said he has done about 150 evaluations for Gastric Bypass patients. He was very informed about what to expect emotionally after surgery.
