Charles is very nice and understanding of the need for the surgery.

My only objection was the tests that he had me take.. one was 567 questions, 2nd, was about 250 or some and the 3rd was about 150.. And I had to take them at the office, could not take them with me.. the other two people that I know who had the surgery, did not have to do but one of the test... it alone was $375..Other than that, he seemed like a caring individual...
