Jim was extremely easy to talke to. I felt very comfortable and it was easy to be open with him about anything. I feel he was very cautious about not letting me go to surgery until he really felt I was ready. I'm grateful for him.

I was not overly impressed with Dr. Collins.

He made me feel comfortable. He was very reassuring, yet he still told it like it is. He was informative about all the mental hardships people go through after the surgery. It was helpful.

At first I thought Dr.Collins was a rude person, after getting to know him he is good and knows his job well!!
