Very nice and straight forward. Answered all my questions and really seemed to care about the after effects of the surgery.

I must say that it is honestly hard for me to talk to new people, but Dr. Hayes made it SO easy for me to be open and honest with him. He also put more out there than he needed to and for someone to give so much support is wonderful. He sn't just about the psychological exam, but after care as well if needed.
He also other than the one on one- has meetings for post and pre op bariatric surgery patients.

Dr. Hayes has become an advocate for obese people. He has allowed his offices to be a meeting place for a bariatric support group.
