Lynne Wiechers Psychologist

She was awesome and is a former WLS patient herself! After seeing what a impact it had on herself and dealing with an insensitive psychologist for her own evaluation, she decided she would devote her practice primarily to patients who wanted to have WLS.

The one thing I didn't care for was her pushing me to seek future counceling for being sexually abused as a child. I'm over it and to keep talking about it means it has a place in my life, and it doesn't. I talk of it freely, but I will NOT allow it to have at minimum of 4 days a year of my life! Just because statics say 80% of obese women were sexually abused, doesn't mean I'm in that 80%! I didn't choose to stay "FAT" because of what was done to me!

Dr. Lynne Has went threw this surgery and she knows how we all are feeling inside. She is a great listener and will make you smile at the end of the apt.
