Coastal Counseling is staffed by a licensed professional who has herself gone thru weight loss surgery. Kelly Roberts, LCSW offers psych assessments for weight loss surgery. She has a written questioneer about reasons for wanting WLS and a personal interview that take about 1 hour total. Her office is on the first floor and handicap accessible. It is located in Dare County, N.C. You must pay the fee in advance and your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
