He took forever in supplying my information to me and my physician for approval. His office did not have the required written assesment he wanted to perform and took several weeks to get the assesment tool. It then took several more weeks to get the test back. Dr Kraus stated he would get me the results on a certain date after all the above confusion he was a week and a half later than the expected date.
