Barbara was a very nice person and an excellent listener. She was unfamiliar with weight loss surgery, but had an open mind and did not make her personal beliefs known (e.g.- she did not offer her opinion on weight loss surgery). She sent me the first draft of the letter she was going to send to my surgeon and asked me to make any changes as necessary. I found this to be very honest and most appreciated.
