MS COOLBAUGH IS AN ADVANCED REGISTERD NURSE PRACTIONER, AND AS A NURSE, HAS A GREAT LISTENING STYLE, VERY COMFORTING AND NON-JUDGEMENTAL. I WOULD NOT BE HERE WRITING THIS TO YOU NOW, EXCEPT FOR HER. SHE HAS PULLED ME THROUGH SOME VERY DARK TIMES. SHE ACCEPTS MOST INS PLANS. HER OFFICE STAFF IS VERY GOOD. SHE ALSO HAS PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY, IF YOU WOULD NEED ANY TYPE OF MEDICATION PERTAINING TO MENTAL HEALTH ISSUSE. I HAVE REFERRED SEVERAL PEOPLE TO HER, AND THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY PLEASED. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY ENOUGH
