Dr. Hagen was very professional yet he made me feel very at ease. I actually met him when I signed in. He was behind the desk and was making small talk and joking with me. It wasn't until I had filled out all the paperwork, signed in and got called back that I even knew he was the doctor I would be seing. That helped me feel so much at ease.
