Dr. Frank was ill prepared as she did not have any of my requests, appeals, denials or medical records before the appointment for review. She seemed to want answers to her question, and not my explainations to answer them. Dr. Frank's speciality is GERIATRIC PSYCHARITY, not bariatric. I had no say so in my choice - this is what the insurance company (Health Alliance Plan) gave me.
