I went to this doctor because he was on my insurance so I wasn't really sure how he would be......
I was pleasantly surprised because he was very supportive of me having the surgery.
He said if you had asked him several years ago he would have said not but he had some patients
that had been through this surgery and he noticed the difference in them.....mostly for the better and
that made him change his mind. As soon as I told him about my family, social and diet history he was in
complete agreement that it was necessary. I'm not sure about the office staff because I had limited contact
with them but it took a month to get the letter to my surgeon and they said they had sent it the same day. I had
to ask them to fax another copy to the office which they did do the next day.
