Dr. Fernbach made the process fast, easy and painless. I was asked some pointed questions. It wasn’t a walk in the park but it wasn’t a root canal either. I wasn’t made to feel bad about my desire to have WLS so all was well. If I needed his services again, I’d use him. Evaluation was done in one 1-hour visit. Paperwork was completed and faxed immediately (before I left the office). Also, he takes my insurance - A Bonus!
