HE DID NOT LET ME KNOW THAT HE DID NOT APPROVE OF WLS AND THAT IS HOW I GOT DENIED THE FIRST TIME, DUE TO HIM NOT SENDING IN ANY PAPERWORK NEEDED BY HIM.HE MADE MY TIME GO LONGER BY NOT LETTING ME KNOW HE WAS NOT IN SUPPORT OF ANY OF THIS. HE IS A LOUSY DR.AND NEEDS TO HAVE HIS PRACTICING LICENSE REVOKED. HE WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL ABOUT THE WHOLE THING!
